* You don't know much, or don't know anything, about recruitment, but would love to break into this growth industry, and you have experience/ability in B2B sales of any kind

Your new career

You'll be selling all the amazing recruitment solutions above, to your happy customers! Working predominantly by phone, but also face to face, talking with the recruitment decision makers in businesses with between 50 and 400 employees, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their particular needs.

You'll be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and who will even step into your conversations and help you sell. But you're the primary adviser to your customers - pulling the right combination of products together for them and then providing them with your expert account management into the future, developing strong relationships.

You'll find your new role to be extremely enjoyable, varied and interesting. We have a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy each other's company as well as their interaction with clients from a wide variety of sectors and industries. We've recently moved to a spacious new Lonsdale Street office, centrally located at the entrance to the famous cafe strip of Hardware Lane, with a very close stroll to the hub of Melbourne's shopping precinct and public transport options.

We are really focused on the factors that keep our wonderful team happy - fresh fruit every day, good coffee on tap, Nutribullets with everything you could possibly want to put in them, job security and real earning potential that is proven time and time again. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, comprising of a base salary and uncapped commissions, allowing you to earn as much as possible! For people without recruitment experience, OTE in the first year is typically between $60K and $80K while you grow your client's list, with the second year on target earnings sitting well above $100K.
